HomeCall Vets uses artificial intelligence to assist with phone call reception, initial health triage, and SOAP note generation. Our AI receptionist (Marielle) collects information during phone calls to facilitate booking. AI triage assessments are used to help prioritize care but do not replace professional veterinary judgment. All AI-generated medical notes are reviewed and approved by licensed veterinary professionals.
